Hotel Euroopa opened its doors in May 2007. The key words of interior design are modern and Estonian. Several natural materials of Estonian origin have been used in interior decoration: the reception area floor is made of Saaremaa dolomite, hotel wooden floor of oak. However, the tree that has been used most in the decoration of hotel is ash. Carpets as well as bed covers have been covered with national patterns. Closeness to nature is stressed by a huge water wall in hotel reception. All these national motives have been expressed in a novel and modern key. The mascot of the hotel is a sheep, welcoming guests in every hotel room. Hotel Euroopa has been awarded with four stars. Hotel Euroopa is situated in direct proximity of Tallinn passenger harbour, remaining only at the distance of 700 m from Tallinn old town.
