The museum introduces the famous Otto Wilhelm Masing, the
linguist who invented the letter Õ in Estonian language and used to
work in Viru-Nigula, Virumaa. One can also learn about the many
wars that have rolled over the small territory of Estonia, about
mass-deportations and the time of collective farms.
