Woodland offer a number of possibilities to walk in the nature or to go canoening, boating, riding and cycling. 24 km long hiking trail starts from Erastvere Forest District centre to Lake Kooraste Pikkjärv with a nice place for a rest and turns back to the starting point. You can choose a shorter nature study trail as well to get familiar with forests, visit the place of Thunder Prayer near the Pühajõe River, pass the fen of Sitalise and turn back to Forest District Centre.
