It was on the 20th of November in 1234 that pope Gregory IX mentions a priest Theodoricus in his letter – where there is a priest there is a congregation. There is a rare limestone tile with five crosses on it in the church. Mostly such things were found being Catholic backwardness and crushed by the forward-looking iconoclasts.
