This art centre, which is focused primarily on naivistic and "outsider" art was opened in an old rectory building in 2003. The permanent exhbition includes the paintings of Viljandi naivist Paul Kondas and the wooden sculptures of Joann Sõstra. Interesting fact: Paul Kondas is Estonia's most famous naivist; his best known painting is "Strawberry Eaters". - The large concrete strawberries on the streets of Viljandi show the way to the Kondas Centre.
