St. Mary Magdalene's Lutheran Church in Kärla

The current 1843 built church is the third on this spot. The first was probably erected in the 14th century but was severely damaged in a fire in 1556. Underway of plumbering a number of skeletons and other items emerged and turned out to originate from the period between the 14th and 17th century.
