The chef and host of Ööbiku Gastronomy Farm Ants Uustalu is most renowned and appreciated in the world of Estonian cuisine. He values high-quality raw produce, pure tastes and flavours from local farms, classic culinary techniques and fine and elegant presentation.
Ööbiku Gastronomy Farm's restaurant serves dinner year-round from Wednesday to Saturday from 19:00 and late lunch on Sunday from 15:00. Available if booked in advance.
You can visit us as a group (minimum of 9 persons), enjoy a pleasant evening with your friends, delicious food and wine.
Every night, the chef and host of Ööbiku Gastronomy Farm Ants Uustalu compiles a unique 5-course menu, which mainly consists of fresh produce from local farmers and seasonal forest products.
Even though all guests are offered the same menu in the evening, we are doing our best to take into consideration intolerance to any food product. Please also inform us in advance if you are a vegetarian.
We welcome children and dogs but we ask you to consider the welfare of other guests as well. For children, we are ready to offer a special menu, which we ask you to confirm in advance.
Payments can be made both with a bank card and in cash.
Large hall of the Ööbiku
Business meetings, seminars, training sessions or even conferences hosting up to 100 participants
can be held in a large hall of the Ööbiku.
It is also an ideal place for a romantic wedding party, a respectable anniversary or just a memorable
occasion. Every event is unique, and its success is also enhanced by gastro experiences offered by
the Ööbiku Resto.
The Ööbiku Resto offers “Cook with Ants”
Certainly, a piece of dried fillet may get into your plate, which resembles a sole of a boot rather than a piece of juicy meat. To avoid this happening in your kitchen, during the training Ants Uustalu, teaches how to process raw materials to create delicate and delicious dishes. Moreover, you will be informed about which sauces are suitable for various dishes and how to flavour them.
The cost of a training is 69 € / person, the training includes necessary equipment, raw materials, and a welcome drink.
By the end of the training, we will have prepared a 5-course dinner, which we can all eat together in a pleasant atmosphere.
The training works best for a group of 5 to 15 people and be aware that it lasts at least 5 hours.
The trainings take place in the Ööbiku Resto kitchen.
