The 18th century erected Dutch windmill in Seidla is the only Dutch one in the coastal
Estonia that has managed to keep its authentic looks and grinding mechanism. What’s
more, it’s still grinding flour too – one of the very rare of the thousands that once used to
work in Estonia.
