In Art Priori high-level art is elegantly combined with excellent food. The restaurant’s interior is designed following special creative projects in the spirit of Gothic architecture, characteristic of Tallinn. Ideas from the old world are connected with the present in a modern way.
Art Priori has three separate dining halls, in each of them high value original art is exhibited. Paintings from previous centuries till the present time offer intellectual and aesthetic experiences. Art Priori’s art gallery naturally makes a connection with refined and delicious food created in our kitchen.
CONCEPT - RESTAURANT
Food experiences in Art Priori are inspired by simplicity, respect and courage. Pure flavours and best qualities of each product come together. With primary focus on fresh Estonian seasonal products, we follow the latest Nordic food trends with sometimes an Asian influence.
Art Priori has a preference for vegetarian dishes. Selected ingredients (wild herbs and berries are picked from nature by professional foresters) create a combination of harmony and healthiness in all our dishes.
Our open kitchen is equipped with the latest standards, also featuring an open fire grill. This is where most of the artistic dishes receive their final touch before they welcome you as a guest.
Art Priori is mentioned in the “White Guide Nordic 2017”.
