The manor was first mentioned in 1582. From the 1780s, the manor belonged to the von Stackelbergs. The main building erected at the end of the 18th century and was changed in the 19th and also 20th century. After expropriation, the manor has housed a school, orphanage and a border guard station. Today the manor is a private property.
