Voka, first mentioned in 1586 but ravaged by the Nordic War
and plague, was in 1781bought by a Scottish noble woman,
the scandalous duchess of Kingston, Elisabeth Chudleigh. The
imperial couple of Nicholas I and Charlotte visited Voka and a
stone at the beach with an engraving C.N.W. memorizes that.
