Põltsamaa Cultural Centre has been the centre of cultural and recreational activities in Põltsamaa throughout the years.
The building, which is a typical piece of Soviet architecture of the time, was first opened in 1961. Comprehensive renovation took place during 1999-2000. The building now accommodates a concert hall with 400 seats and a classroom. The outdoor ground allows 3000 people to enjoy concerts, performances and other festivities.
