Restaurant Dominic is located in a unique building, one of the three oldest residential houses in the Old Town of Tallinn. The first records of this house date back to the 14th century. Through the years this house has been home to many merchants and aldermen. Fortunately, many historical details have been preserved in the house, the most noticeable of which are the complete 250-year-old fresco and the more than 500-years-old double windows decorated with heraldic trees.
We have had the honour of continuing the story of this house for ten years already. During this time, Dominic has changed a lot. We now dare to state that we have the best, continuously improving, wine list in Estonia. Chef Allar Oeselg and his team make miracles happen in the kitchen!
From September to May, we organise many wine dinners with different viniculturists from the best wineries all over the world!
